As soon as you drive through the electric gates of this incredible estate you will feel straight at home, the grand entrance leads through to the courtyard and front door. 

On the ground floor 

The corridor leads to the huge and open plan living room/ dining room, complete with fireplace, large smart flat screen TV, DVD and satellite TV and seating for up to 12 people with two sitting areas, aswel as dining room table and chairs. Living /dining room doors open onto the terrace with breath taking sea views. 

Adjacent to the living room is the remodelled stylish kitchen, induction Bosch hob on centre island, one oven and two dishwashers. Through the kitchen leads to the utility room with 1 American fridge/freezer, one glass door wine fridge, one washing machine, washing machine/dryer and a wine cooler and wine rack, utility room door leads straight to terrace.

Patio doors in living room/dining room open onto the terrace and garden. 

Family room at end of corridor, 2 double bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower, both with chest of drawers and one with wardrobe.

The amazing external space of villa Pearl complete with stunning sea views. A wide terrace, with two seating areas with sofas, outside dining table and chairs. Foosball table, pool table and darts board located on terrace with patio heater. 

The BBQ area has two BBQs one coal and one Weber gas BBQ. 

The pool is 12 X 8 metres and has 8 sun loungers, 4 of them have canopy cover, outside shower and table tennis next to pool.

The guest house is situated at the bottom of the estates garden with its own terrace and pool. 

It has four bedrooms one of which is a detached to the guest house, can only be accessed through its own door. It is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom shower and large wardrobe. 

As you enter the guest house through the front door you will see its simplistic yet beach style, the ground floor is open plan with the living room on the left with sofas and a smart Tv, to the right is the dining room with table and chairs and the kitchen fitted with two hobs and multiple appliances such as Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. 

Further on through the ground floor is double bedroom with wardrobe and large bathroom shower. 

Upstairs to the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, on the left the bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe, to the right there is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe. A shared bathroom shower is located in between both bedrooms. 

Rental of the Main House ONLY:

We are pleased to now offer rental of only the main house, with capacity for 10 guests, within 5 bedrooms. This is only available during the months of May, June, September and October, at heavily reduced rates. Please get in touch with us to find out the £POA rates.
