Being less than 5 minutes away from the nearby resorts and the local beaches, it is located in a quiet position, ideal for a family holiday.

The house features a practical and modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories for your holiday. It also has direct access to the BBQ and both indoor and outdoor dining tables.

The living room is bright with many windows leading to the outside, with a fireplace for winter escapes. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-FI and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). On the basement level, the villa features a cinema room, with a mini pool table, a bar and a large TV.  Air conditioning is present in all rooms.

This villa's exterior is very private and provides 2 separate spaces next to the pool with comfortable furniture, outside has an ample outdoor dining table supported by a inbuilt gas BBQ, ecxellent for al-fresco dining in the evening.

The swimming pool is approximately 10 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide with depths varying from 1 to 2 meters. We supply pool heating at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
