The exterioir of this villa is beautiful, complete with an artificial waterfall, garden area, and large heated pool. The swimming pool is 12 meters in length by 6 meters wide and has and additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool has an overflow system and the depths vary from 0.75 meters by the stairs, to 2.20 meters in the deepest end. The lower level with a super private swimming pool. We supply pool heating at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. There are 10 sun loungers by the pool, with great outdoor furniture under a shaded pergola to provide the conditions for a well-deserved rest after a day out and about.

Under another shaded pergola by the kitchen and BBQ is the outdoor dining table, with seating for 10 persons to enjoy an al-fresco evening of dining, or drinks. To complete the picture there is an outdoor table tennis table to keep families entertained!

Nearby is Quinta Shopping with superb restaurants and a Supermarket, and a beach with an array of resturants, bars, and watersports.
