It is located in a secluded and peaceful position along the Rua Lira, is perfectly set and within walking distance of the elegant boutiques, fabulous restaurants and the wonderful shops at Quinta Shopping.

With its 5 bedrooms, Villa Rui Lira can sleep up to 10 persons and each and every bedroom has en-suite and built in wardrobes that offer space and easy storage.

The ground floor consists of two stunning double bedrooms that are impeccably furnished, both bedrooms have en-suite with one consisting of a full bathroom and the other consisting of a walk in shower room. 

The first floor continues to impress with another large double bedroom that has a full en-suite bathroom, a walk in dressing area and a sun terrace.

The master bedroom is a sight to behold and not only is it beautifully finished but it also has a full en-suite and walk in dressing room. However, the amazing sun terrace is what makes the master bedroom different to all the others. The sun, the blue skies and the unbelievable views - the sun terrace offers privacy and relaxation in surroundings that have to be seen to be believed.

The Lower ground floor is also home to the final bedroom which has been given the exact same care and attention that every other bedroom has been given. This double bedroom is spacious and also has its own walk in dressing area and en-suite bathroom.

The Living Area

The Living room offers extreme comfort with a modern and contemporary twist. There is lots of space for all to enjoy with the chunky and inviting sofas offering pure relaxation and a grand dining table that can host fabulous meals and family gatherings. The living room is made to feel bright and airy thanks to the impressive French Windows that lead out to the pool terrace.

The Kitchen is the place where many people like to entertain and this Kitchen does not disappoint. The kitchen is set in a large open space that consists of the cooking area, an eating area and a sitting area. It has everything that anyone could want from a kitchen and for those who like to entertain this room is really the main room in the house. The designer kitchen makes cooking a joy and the marble work surfaces and island really make the kitchen stand out. The kitchen has a fully fitted oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and access to the pool area and terraces.

The lower ground also has access to a utility room that offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and Ironing board, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a Cinema room for those who like to chill out and watch the latest films and TV shows from the comfort of a sofa, the large flat screen television allows a unique and exciting experience in the comfort of this stunning villa.

Outdoor eating is an important part of staying in the Algarve and the large barbeque area provides an excellent space for enjoying the warm evenings and a relaxed atmosphere at night. With a generous amount of sun beds positioned around the pool and the garden, making the most of the warm sun has never been so easy.

There is a maid service offered five days a week and the towels and linen are changed twice per week.
