Villa 42 is a gorgeous four bedroom villa with private pool situated in the Quinta das Salinas estate, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Wi-Fi internet and split unit air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

LIVING AREAS

Open plan living/dining room with TV with a wide range of UK cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Wi-Fi internet and DVD player. Dining table and 8 chairs.

Well equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Appliances include a fridge freezer; toaster; kettle; microwave; oven; dishwasher; 3 x gas hobs;1 x electric hob; juicer; Nespresso coffee maker. The washing machine lives in the garage.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00m), an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
