There is a Large dining room with seating for 10 guests, with patio doors which open onto the terrace and garden area. Adjacent to the dining room is a large fully equipped modern kitchen with small dining area, the American fridge freezer will keep your sunset cocktails chilled during the hot long summer months. On this floor there is also a Small wc and wash room. There is a Garden facing twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto the garden and terrace area, with a Spacious en-suite bathroom with bath/shower - A further twin bedroom also with en-suite shower room is also located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom suite can only be described as enormous and luxurious! His and hers separate bathrooms one with a bath and the other with a corner shower. The pool has a shallow end with roman steps for ease of access.

For all golfing fanatics beside the terrace area is a purpose built synthetic 3 hole golf putting range, perfect for practising before that important game on one of Quinta Do Lagos stunning golf courses. The large landscaped gardens surround the rear of the villa and offer space for children to play football (football goals supplied,) volley ball and if all this is still not enough why not try your hand at table tennis on the villas outside table.
