Villa do Jardim is newly built and finished to a very high standard. The villa is perfectly located on the popular resort of Vila Sol close to Vilamoura. Within walking distance of the villa is the Vila Sol championship golf course, choice of restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
Everything is provided for you to enjoy your stay, the sun
loungers and terrace furniture, outdoor barbecue area, satellite TV
and games in the comfortable lounges, the dining room with a solid
wood table seating up to 10 and a fully equipped kitchen. The
accommodation is mainly on one level making it suitable for family
parties of all ages. A master bedroom suite can be located
upstairs.
There are two lounges and a dining room allowing you plenty of
space when indoors. Both lounges and the downstairs bedrooms
have french windows opening on to the terrace and swimming
pool. This gives the villa a light and airy feel and takes
advantage of the best the Algarve climate has to offer.
Outside beside the large pool there are comfortable tables,
chairs, loungers, a brick built barbecue area and outdoor
shower. The terrace around the pool is fully tiled and the
garden planted for both beauty and privacy.
Available for use all year round the villa is air conditioned
throughout and has a fire built in to the wall between the lounge
and dining room for the cooler winter months.
The villa sleeps up to 10 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a spa bath in the
en-suite bathroom and two french windows opening onto it's own
private balcony.
The three downstairs bedrooms have single beds and en suite shower rooms.
The second lounge is furnished with a bed settee allowing either
extra children or adults to sleep comfortably.
The kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, oven, hob,
dishwasher, as well as the utensils required for cooking and
preparing food. There is a separate utility room with washing
machine and tumble dryer.
For families there is a cot, highchair and stroller available for
you to use at no extra charge. Some toys and games are also
left at the villa for your enjoyment both indoors and by the
pool.
The Villa has 2 secure gated driveways both accommodating at least 2 hire cars, making parking easy for larger parties.
