This lovely 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located at the exclusive Vila Sol resort close to Vilamoura. Vila Sol offers great facilities including 3 communal pools, pool side snack bar, various restaurants and bars, championship Vila Sol golf course, Vila Sol hotel, a supermarket and a choice of shops all within walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms sleeping 4. One twin is
overlooking the pool area with a small Julietta balcony with an
en-suite bathroom. The other overlooks the outside passage
way (beside entrance) and has a separate shower room with
WC.
Small fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, spin dryer,
dishwasher, fridge freezer, built in microwave, toaster, electric
kettle, gas hob and electric oven. It is well stocked with
crockery and has a hatch leading through to the lounge/dining
area.
The open plan lounge/dining area opens onto a balcony with views
of the swimming pool and communal gardens. There is a dining
table with chairs seating 6, two 2/3 seated sofas, a cable TV with
a DVD player, mini stereo sound system and a very well stocked
cabinet of DVD's to watch. French glass doors lead onto the
balcony which has a small table and two chairs.
Steps lead to a lovely private roof terrace, with table and
seating for 6 guests. There are 5 sun loungers and a Weber
style barbecue, a large jacuzzi and magnificent views across Vila
Sol.
Maid service twice per week. Towels and linen supplied and
changed once per week.
